Do you know what a kundalini awakening is? First of all, kundalini is an evolutionary & creative force of infinite wisdom that's inside all of us! This "force" is represented by a snake & is coiled 3 & a half times around. It lies dormant at the base of the spine. All the magic happens in the subtle body &/or chakras. So how do you know when your kundalini energy is awakening? It's a process that's brought about through yoga, meditation, & the alignment of the chakras. There are some physical symptoms that go along with the awakening. What does it feel like?
