 Do you believe in spirit guides? What is a spirit guide you ask? A spirit guide is a soul assigned to help you throughout your lifetime. Another name for a spirit guide is "higher self" When I first thought of the idea for the painting, it was because people always told me that I look like/remind them of a cat. So I figured I would just make a painting of how I thought I would look as a cat. As time went on, I became very attached to the painting & felt like there had to be a reason why I just loved it so much. So one day I did this spirit guide meditation. When I finally met my spirit guide, she looked like the "person" from the painting. A panther that had human like characteristics/qualities. She had dreads & everything! Strange story right?! I know...the crazy thing is, I was completely sober. HAHAHA!
